Q: I’m having problems starting my dishwasher:
A: the first thing to do is check if the door is already closed, when is open the machine will not start.Once this is checked and the problem persist, make sure the electrical cord is plugged in. If you thing the problem comes from the electrical source, contact a profesional in that area and make sure this fixed at your earliest convenience to avoid mayor problems.
Q: my dish ware and glassware is chip and breaking lately, why is that happening?
A: Usually that occurs when the machine is overloaded, also make sure the dishes and glassware are placed on the right place and are not loose. Remember that delicate are safe if you put them on the top rack.

Oven
Q: I have a Dacor oven, can is ok if i use my regular glass bakeware?
A: Yes, just make sure the temperature won drop more than 25 F, remember that to have your food cooked in a proper way the bottom heat is important.
Q: I’ve never cleaned my oven filters because it seems too complicated, what do you suggest?
A: That’s pretty simple and will help the maintenance of your appliance. You can use hot water with soap, or just place them on your dishwasher, remember to let them dry before putting them back on the oven.
Q: I don’t understand de difference between a gas and electric oven.
A: Electric ovens have have a rear element situated on the rear reducing the need of air apace around the baking sheet. In the other had the gas ovens, use a flame located underneath the floor of the oven, also they have a a convection fan in the back that makes the air circulate, so you should leave a free air space of minimum 1” to let it work properly.
Dryer
Q: when should I clean my dyer’s lint sheet?
A: To avoid malfunction of the machine is better to do it before or after every cycle.
Q: why after the drying cycle my clothes are still wet?
A: the most common problem when that happens is that the venting is clogged with lint or something else, the air flow is really important, that will help your clothes to dry faster and prevent accidents, remember that is important always to have the ducts clear.
Refrigerator:
Q: how do I prevent my fridge of bad odors?
A: we suggest to clean it at least once a month inside and outside with bleach or baking soda, and then you can leave an cup with baking soda inside, also you can try placing a small cup with grounded coffee and replace it every month.
Q: where does the buzzing noise of my refrigerator come from?
A: Is common to hear noises coming from the fridge but probably is coming form is the back of it.
Q: Do I really have to clean under my fridge?
A: You can do it when you feel like to, once a year or so will be fine, also if you want to vacuum the dust on the back would be ok.
